Session Cost
Tic Tac Toe offers psychology support in clinic and community settings that include home, kinder and school.
- Therapy appointments outside of the clinic are charged at a rate of $235 per 50 – 60 minute session. This amount is inclusive of travel cost.
- Telehealth psychology appointments are charged at a rate of $213 per 50-60 minute session.
- Intake psychology session is $280, ongoing sessions are then charged at the standard rate depending upon location of session.
- Face-to-face clinic appointments are charged at a rate of $213 per 50-60 minute session.
- Prices will vary for NDIS participants, these are charged at the NDIS standard rate of $222.99 per 1 hour session. Additional travel costs may apply dependent on location of session.
Please note: The hourly rates charged encompass the total cost of providing professional services and should not be compared to an hourly wage.
Provisional Psychologists
Provisional psychologists are all in their 5th year or 6th year of studies in psychology. They have all completed an undergraduate psychology plus an honours year. Provisional psychologists are all under supervision with a board approved supervisor and engaging in an internship program as regulated by AHPRA. They engage in pertinent learning and professional activities to develop their professional competencies. Our director, Maree Paris, may sit in on sessions as well as provide regular supervision support each week. All assessment reports are reviewed and countersign by a board supervisor. Provisional psychologists may also work with a registered psychologist and observe sessions.
The fee for provisional psychologist is $125 per hour, this price may vary for NDIS participants. Please contact Maree at maree@tictactoepsychology for further information.

A reminder e-mail will be sent out three days prior to any appointment scheduled with Tic Tac Toe.
A fee of half the session cost will be charged for non-attendance or less than 48 hours cancellation of rescheduling of a session.
There are no Medicare or Private Health rebates available for cancellation fees.
