Maree
Psychologist (MAPS)
Maree is a psychologist with a focus on early intervention and childhood development, with extensive experience supporting young children and families in disability and early childhood settings.
Maree is passionate about building strong, positive relationships with children and their families. She works alongside parents and carers to strengthen their confidence and equip them with the tools they need to support their child’s development across the early years, school years, and beyond.
She uses a variety of psychological approaches tailored to the individual needs of each child, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, and play therapy. Her sessions are fun, creative, and focused on helping each child thrive.
Maree is a certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist and has completed the Early Start Denver Model Parent Coaching Workshop (P-ESDM) through the UC Davis MIND Institute. Prior to becoming a psychologist, she worked as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
